ORANGE & GRAPES

Can I say, a clove of orange? or a piece of grape? How should I say them?

Hi Good question In English we would definitely say 'a clove of garlic', meaning one part of the bulb. With citrus fruit, it would be 'a segment of orange' If the grape has been cut in half that would be a piece of grape. If it is one whole small fruit, it's just 'a grape' Dave
