You can use "otherwise" instead.

For example: You should eat more. Otherwise, you'll become ill.

My point of view is that using else here is as same as "otherwise".

"Or else" means used to prove that something must be true, by saying that the situation would be different if it was not true. E.g: It’s obviously not urgent or else they would have called us straight away.

Yes. I can't think of any examples where "or else" doesn't mean the exact same thing as "or".
