Which one is correct?

Sentence number 1, 2 and 3 are correct, but you may want to change sentence number 4 and 5.

Sentence numbers 1, 2 and 3 are correct, but you may want to change sentence numbers 4 and 5.

or

Sentence # 1, 2 and 3 are correct, but you may want to change sentence # 4 and 5.

Sentence #s 1, 2 and 3 are correct, but you may want to change sentence #s 4 and 5.
