Or or nor in negative sentence

Hi. Let us pretend that I am teaching a Chinese class and want everyone to speak in Chinese (speak Chinese - correct?), but it happens that a large number of students speaking Japanese or Korean. Are these correct?

In this class, you should not speak in Japanese or Korean.

In this class, you should not speak neither in Japanese nor Korean.

I am sorry, but it just came up (in my mind, that is) when I used the phrase "a large number of": What is the difference? a small number of students or a few number of students
