'Or' or 'and?'

In the following sentence, 'or' and 'and' are both possible? Is one more suitable than the other?

Every time I go to Hawaii, I am often impressed by what I see and/or hear.

"and" seems more suitable to me.

"Every time ... often ..." is not a great combination.

and more clearly indicates both.
or suggests possibly one but not the other.

You can say every time or often, but not both together. These words contradict each other.

You guys are right!! 'every time' means 'always.' It never goes together with 'often.'
