"Or is it?" or "Or isn't it?"

I've seen that a couple or two over the Internet and also on movies. Here is an example from Design Shack, a website about... design:

The Coca-Cola logo is hands down one of the best and most famous logos of all time. Take a close look, it’s perfect in every way. Or is it?
I wonder if it wouldn't be more precise to say "Or isn't it?"

What do you say?

TIA.

As a native speaker, I'll take it as it stands. " works. This seems to fall into the category of "tag questions," where logic and common sense don't apply.

I hear it as "Or is it really!" "But is it really?" "Look again!"

Of course "Or isn't it?" works.

It's a question of "what do people say?" "What do people mean?"
