Either 1 or 2 is okay. The second one suggests you think they will agree. Both 3 and 4 are comma splices, joining two independent clauses with a comma.

My question is concerning just the word "Okay" at the end of a sentence. Is it part of the sentence or a one-word sentence of itself?

Let's go into the other room and finish this report, okay? or . . . finish this report. Okay?
