An actual headline would be more like "Heavy Taliban Losses in Pakistani Air Raid"
or "50 Rebels Killed, Heavy Taliban Losses in Pakistani Air Raid" if you wanted to get that number in.

Remember headlines are VERY short and to the point. You won't see "about" or verb tenses like "has inflicted" very often.
