Options to drawdown payment

Dear All,

My name is Debbie and i need some help. I have to write a friendly email saying to the client when he makes the payment his statement will show him his drawdown for each month. I have to say it like this

Greetings from *******

Good day to you sir! Thank you for the reply.

Our procedure is ...

You will still receive your e-statement via email with the monthly drawdown amount indicating your available balance.
