Hi!Can you please help me choose better options and see if the rest of the sentence is OK. In a collaborative or win-win approach to negotiations, the preparations will include a number of seemingly side issues such as determining the place/meeting point/location of negotiation, (determining) the equal number of members of negotiation/negotiating team, provisions for ambiance/atmosphere, arrangement/disposition of negotiators, food and breaks/intermissions/pauses; all this for the purposes of creating more stimulating and more comfortable atmosphere/ambiance for all the parties involved/for all parties involved.Thank you and sorry for bothering you with such a long sentence.

Nobody has volunteered yet so let me give it my best shot...

'preparations' : why plural ? shouldn't it be singular if referring to the process of preparing something ?

'place/location/meeting point' : I can't make up my mind here ; also '... of negotiation' or '... for negotiating' can't decide either...

'determining the equal...' : might want to say 'assessing' so that you don't repeat 'determining' twice. Don't understand 'equal number'. I would simply say 'the right number'. Unless you want to emphasize the fact that both parties should have a team the same size (same number of participants).
Also I would say 'in negotiating teams'.

', provisions for... ' : need the '-ing' form here as well, since you've started this way, so 'providing for' or 'making provisions for' ; but doesn't sound right that you'd provide an 'ambiance/astmosphere'... how about 'facilitating with regards to atmosphere and disposition of negotiators (around the table)'.

'break/.../pauses' : really don't know which one to pick...

'... for the purposes of creating more' : drop the 's' for 'purposes' as it should be singular ; add the indefinite article after 'creating' = 'creating a more...'.

'atmosphere/ambiance' : don't know.

'all parties/all the parties' : I think both are correct.
