Optional "that"?

Hi. Please help. Is the word "that" optional in these sentences? I think the word "that" is optional for nos 1 and 2, but I am not sure about nos. 3 and 4.

1. I remember you mentioned (that) you will come to visit us.

2. I saw the person (that) I saw yesterday at the meeting.

3. I was given an impression (that) there was a problem.

4. It confirms his claim (that) the damage was minimal.
