Yeah, I was trying to think of such a word. Usually, the person just says "I'm not picky."

There's a word "gourmand," but that's someone who is a glutton, and not appropriate for your puposes.

Guys, you've been very helpful. Thanks again.

Can I say:

'I'm not exactly open to any kind of cuisine'?

Also, dishes that are not 'native', can we call them foreign dishes? [ETA: That was an impulsive question;sorry. I googled and found them both in use.I think I can say "I myself am not exactly open to all ethnic dishes." *Give myself a pat on the back*

I'd use the word "glutton" to describe a human vaccuum cleaner.

If I want to indicate that a person has a wide range of tastes in food, I just say they are a "good eater".
