Hi Possibly it is 'download'. If I upload something to a website, but then I realise it's wrong, I download it back to my computer, correct it, then upload it again I think that fits your sentence - they had to download the list and update it If they decided to get rid of the list, then they'd be deleting it (and starting all over again) Dave

But most people will keep a current copy on their file servers, and just update-in-place (replace) the old version when the content changes.
