Hi! everyone.I want to fit "opposingly" in the sentence below by any way possible.Could you help me do that? Scenario-:I am talking about a river, whose water is flowing at a very slow speed. -:It isn't difficult to sail the boat opposingly to the direction of waters flow.(Is it correct?) My second sentence is-:It isn't difficult to sail the boat opposing the flow of water? Actually I want to know how can I fit "opposingly and opposing" in the above sentence if it could be fitted. I know there are other natural good ways of saying that but,I was curious if I could use opposingly or opposing? I will appreciate your help for me. Thanks!

Your first sentence doesn't sound right to me. I think your second sentence is fine. You might also say "It isn't difficult to sail the boat in opposition to the water's flow." or "Sailing the boat in opposition to the water's flow would not be difficult."
In case you don't know, the natural expression is eg "It isn't difficult to sail the boat against the current" eg "It isn't difficult to sail the boat up the river."
