Opinion

I am expressing my opinion with him. (Mr so-so).

Is this polite English?

The use of "with" is confusing. You may mean "I am expressing my opinion to him", but I can't say for sure whether this (or the tense) is correct or appropriate without more context. "Mr so-so" is a bit odd.
