Hello!

Can I use the comparative like this. It doesn't seem right because I am not comparing it with anything.Can you please check the rest of the sentence? Thank you.

The more experienced operators control the process in so called control halls, via control board, they connect the processes, bring decisions, assign the tasks and coordinate the work of external operators and other workers at the plant.
