Opened the door a little

a. I opened the door a little.
I think that could be anywhere between
I opened the door a crack.
to
I opened the door partially.

But it seems to me that the opposite of (a) would not be
b. I opened the door a lot.

My feeling is that (b) could only mean: I opened the door frequently.

The opposite of (a) would be:

c. I opened the door wide.

Am I right?

The sentences are all mine.

Many Thanks and Happy Holidays.
