Open or opened

Is it correct to say "she was open to listen to new opinions " or should it be: "she was opened to listen to new opinions"

I'm not sure I understand your question, but I think the answer is "Yes".

In any case, open is one of those verbs that "works forwards and backwards".

When we say someone is open to others ideas or opinions, the statement connotes a certain "willingness to listen", therefore, "to listen" seems redudant. I would omit it. Be aware, "open" can be used as adjective and a verb.
