Hi. Is "oozed" natural in this sentence? Is there another option which would be a lot more natural? Thank you.
He was handsome and muscular but oozed of low self-esteem.
anonymous Is "oozed" natural in this sentence? You normally ooze something good, and you don't ooze "of" things, you simply ooze them. Also, to string the two traits together with the oozing is incongruous.

He was handsome and muscular, but he radia
To comment further, I find this an interesting sentence. If a guy is handsome and muscular, this would overwhelm any low self-esteem he might have. If for some reason, you feel he has low-self esteem, you'd have to explain this, as it would not be believable to people. For example:
He was handsome and muscular, but I seemed to detect hints of low self-esteem in him.
