Vocabulary

On/your/few

Hi

From a text about meditation:

In Vipassana Meditation technique, we just have to practice on watching thoughts come and go out of your mind. Within few seconds, a new thought arises and it goes back.

1. Does "practice on" is OK?

2. Shouldn't it be "our mind"?

3. "few seconds" or "a few seconds"?

Thanks
