"Onto 2019" ?

As a reply to "Thank you", I got "My pleasure Tina! Onto 2019!"

What does it mean? Kind of, "Wish you the same next year" ?

Without any context, I take it to mean Now let's start dealing with 2019.

First of all, it should have been "On to 2019!"

Anyway, it means "Now we go forward into the next year!"

Depending on what you're being thanked for, it could mean, "Let's hope we do as well next year!" or "It will soon be time to face new challenges in the new year!" or anything similar. The punctuation with the exclama
