Only when I am with you

Hello everyone. I have a question.

Regarding the following three sentences:

(A) I am happy only when I am with you.

(B) I am happy when I am with you alone.

(C) I am happy when I am only with you.

Q1 I think (A) is correct if the speaker means to say,"I'm usually not so happy, but when you are with me, I feel happy." Is that right?

Q2 I don't think there's a problem with (B) if the speaker wants to say,"I feel happy when you are with me and there are no other people around." Am I correct?

Q3 What do you think about (C)? Is the sentence correct? Besides, does it mean the same thing as (B)?
