Only using passive voice

Personally, I find passive voice to be more interesting, if only because it has been "discouraged."

Still, using it all the time, which was tried by myself for an hour in casual conversation, is quite hard. One problem that is had by me (And it can be seen that passive voice is being tried as of now), is whether or not simple sentences are being "spoken" in passive. The sentence, "The sky is blue." should be thought about. Now, "is" is a verb. But does that constitute active voice? Sometimes, there are sentences like that which cannot be made like these. To my knowledge they can't.

And what is the action in your sentence, "The sky is blue", and who's doing what to whom? Without an action, there is no 'doer' and no recipient, and hence no active or passive voice construction.
