What does" ever" mean in the following conversation?
In the TV show "how I met your mother"
Ted was talking about his feelings of love resurfacing for his ex girlfriends.
Ted: What if there's someone from my past who I thought was wrong for me at the time, when in fact, she, like this shirt, is actually a perfect fit?
Barney: hold up. there are only two reasons to" ever "date a girl you've already dated. Breast implants.

The assumption about dating is that men date women because of their *******; so with implants, Barney is saying DO date a girl if she has big *****, even if they are artificial.
