Only those persons vs Those persons
Dear all,
The following sentences are taken from an order of the Kerala Government.
"Only persons who have taken at least one dose of COVID-19 vaccine before two months, or who are in possession of RTPCR negative certificate taken 72 hours before or who is in possession of COVID-19 positive results more than a month old will be allowed inside in shops, markets, banks, open tourist spaces and other establishments."
Could you please tell me whether the above given sentences can be written as given below? I know that native speakers can find a lot of mistakes in Indian English.
"Only those persons who have taken at least one dose of Covid-19 vaccine two weeks ago, or those who are in possession of RTPCR negative certificate which was obtained 72 hours ago, or those who are in possession of Covid-19 positive result which is taken more than a month ago will be allowed to enter shops, markets, banks, open tourist spaces and other establishments."

I think that this needs a few changes as suggested above.
