Yes I can read it. But check the 5th line "it doesn't matter in what order the letters in a word are , the only important thing is that the first and last letter be in a right place"
Now going back to the first line "if yuo cna raed tihs. The words if you and can, their first and last letters are not in the right place as the Cambridge university law states
