"ONLY BE SOMEWHERE" Natural?

Could you tell me how to properly say this please?

You are in a car, asleep, you wake up and you're in LA, you thought that by now you'd be in SD.

You say:

1 We are only in LA!! We should be in San diego by now. You drive so slowly.

Thank you

I'd say "we're in LA still? We should be in San Diego by now. You drive so slow" Not sure if it is 100% percent gramatically right, but that's how I'd say it.

Yes, that's fine. As pointed out already, a native speaker is more likely to say "we're" instead of "we are".

OK

Thank you

but "only in LA" is the way to express this?

Yes.

But it's a crappy thing to say to someone. You were asleep. You have no idea what the traffic was like.
