Only and Mostly

Hi,

Is it possible to start a sentence with either only or mostly, whereas the subject got left out?

E.g.

1. "Only affects my legs."

2. "Mostly interested in reading."

Instead of

1. "It only affects my legs."

2. "I'm mostly interested in reading."

Thank you
