[Only 2 days remaining] Please help me with motivation letter

I write this letter to apply for exchange program to Europe. Please help me check it. I am really worry that it's terrible T.T

Dear Sir or Madam,
I am writing this letter to apply for XXX project as an exchange student. I am currently a senior student at XXX University, Honors program. According to my major, which is Computer Science, there are two universities that provide relevant courses: X and Y.
During 7 semesters I have studied, I always try my best to study not only general subjects but also specialized ones. With a great passion in programming, I have done well every assignment with extremely interest. That is the reason why my GPA at the present is relatively high, 8.6.
Apart from my studies at the university, I am also a researcher in XXX laboratory for two years. My main research direction is about Symbolic Execution, the way to find out “output predicates” to verify a program written by C. Being a member in this group helped me enhance my research skills greatly. Moreover, I work for my faculty as a tutorial and laboratory assistant. My responsibilities are teaching and supervising students in the Principal and programming language subject. Thanks to this, I feel more confident and have deeper knowledge about programming languages, which I think will support my future career very much.
About my personal characteristics, I am an active and out-going young girl. Understanding the importance of soft skills since I went to university, I have engaged in many extracurricular activities. In first year, I was a volunteer for IT week, an annual activity of my faculty. Also in that summer, I took part in Exam Season Supporting and had a wonderful time with my group. I was so glad because I had desired to do it when I took the University entrance exam. I want to help pupils who are going to university just like me a year ago. In second year, I became member of organizing committee of IT week, as a human resource manager. Last summer, I went to teach poor children at countryside for a month as a volunteer. Moreover, in class, I am an active Group Secretary Details. As the result, I am proud to receive the award one of the best twenty female students in information technology major in Vietnam this year.
Traveling is always my biggest hobbies. I had opportunities to visit many places in Vietnam. Unfortunately, I have never gone and stayed overseas. Moreover, study abroad has been my dream since I was a small child, but because of family conditions, I have not been able to fulfill this dream yet. This mobility will make my dream come true, help me improved English and give me the most effective and inspiring experience to broaden my international and intercultural awareness. Finally, I believe that my qualities, skills and experience can make me to be worthy selected for this exchange program. I commit to return to Vietnam and contribute to the development of information technology industry in my country.
