Hello,

1.I was completing a test online and I have a few questions about the wrong answers.

This fish is completely delicious. I chose 'very' but it was a mistake. (Why 'completely' is a mistake?)

musn't have gone ( I chose this answer, as I decided that it shows a logical conclusion)

3.Argentina that/which is popular with the tourrists....

I thought that that is correct.

About number 3, I'd say that the question is incorrect.

'Which' is used between commas, to add information to a object. For instance:
Argentina, which is popular for tourists, is located in South America.

'That' is used to clarify which object you mean. For example:
The country located in South America that is called Argentina is popular for tourists.
