Online restaurant reservation

1) Could you please check if the following sentence is grammatically correct?
2) Is it possible to use "should" and "please" as follows?

Guests who made reservations on the former website who would like to change or cancel those reservations should please contact the restaurant directly.

Thank you very much for your reply. Our guests, who are on-native speakers often tell us that they do not understand the expression. Would it possible to rephrase that to the following expression for guests looking for how to make changes to their booking.(The sentence is used on a website.) To cancel or change reservations made on the former website, please contact the restaurant directly.

It looks good to me, and it's much shorter.

I would slightly modify your original sentence:

Guests who made reservations on the former website but would like to change or cancel them are requested to contact the restaurant directly.

I think it sounds better to me now.
