I cooked my own lunch yesterday.

If I want to convey the same message, which should I use? Do they convey different meanings?

teacherJapan If I want to convey the same message, which should I use? B (with 'yesterday' of course). A can have the same meaning as B, but it can also mean that you were alone when you cooked your lunch, so to avoid confusion I'd choose B.
