Ones vs those

Hi, please help me.

"Some of my books are ones about English grammar."

"Some of my books are the ones about English grammar."

"Some of my books are those about English grammar."

Could you tell me which is correct?

I'm afriad none seems all right to me. The sentences sound ok without the words in bold.

These structures don't work well in such a simple sentence with only a linking verb (are). Just say:

Some of my books are about English grammar.
