One's to his her or their

Each one has one's nature.

Is the sentence correct? I think I should use his or her nature OR theur nature. Could you help me clarify it? Thanks.

"Each one has one's nature" isn't right. "Each one has his or her nature" is correct English, but perhaps something like "Each one has his or her own individual nature" might be better. "Each one" must refer to a group of people mentioned in the context.
