Is it right?
Her mind was at his house.
I mean she was thinking about the affairs inside his house.

Hi, I wouldn't say it is wrong, in a rather literary style. But more common is to say eg 'Her mind was on his house', meaning she was thinking about it. Clive

I wouldn't say it is wrong, in a rather literary style.

I would agree with that. Although "at" is certainly correct, it is a more poetic way to say the same thing. "On" is the more commonly accepted word.

her mind is on his house doesn't seem to be correct,i think you should have said 'her mind is on HER house...
