Ones at that, pantomime acts, touch grumpy

When you see fieldsmen, and senior ones at that, performing deliberate pantomime acts when appealing for decisions, you know umpires have lost control of the game.

As a miffed Mahendra Singh Dhoni sulked doing a post-match 'cool down' at Rangiri Stadium after the heavy defeat by Sri Lanka in a game the hosts needed to win, it is understandable how he was a touch grumpy. Not that you would find his predecessor, Anil Kumble, keep the media waiting whether or not he was in the mood to talk to them about the defeat.

Please explain to me the highlighted parts. Though I know "pantomime" means "act of communication by means of gesture", I cannot understand it her.

"at that" is an idiom that draws attention to the surprising nature of what's just been said. Here it is pointing out the author's surprise that senior players should be doing such a thing. "pantomime acts" probably refers to histrionic or theatrical behaviour in general; in other words, the players are making a big drama or fuss.
