one's and one's

1) Tom and I were born in the same country.
2) Tom and I are from the same country.
3) The home country of Tom and me is beautiful.
4) Tom's and my home country is beautiful.
5) Tom and my home country is beautiful.

I know '5' is not grammatically correct, but if I say this to native speakers, do any of you understand what I mean?

Also which ones sound natural and which ones unnatural?
