Answers here may be correct in some context, but wrong in others:

2>ability to endure = endurance/motivated/determined/persistence

Oh, I don't think you are idling, but the questions seem like the writer has no idea whether single-word synonyms exist or not. Frankly, I can think of no good single-word synonyms for any but #6-- which is simply 'cash' (v). None of Chris's suggestions are right on the mark, though some of his suggestions approach synonymy.
