Hello,
What's a "comatos"?

If you mean 'comatose soliloquy', you could say:

somnosoliloquy

The adjective might be somnosoliloquous: 'her somnosoliloquous utterances kept me awake all night'.

But you won't find them in any dictionary (I hope).

Or if it's a crossword clue, with a pun, it might be 'reverie'.

Please do, x.mehrdad, I'd be honoured. Your context brings out the meaning very well; a reader who knows 'somnambulist' and 'soliloquy' should be able to understand 'somnosoliloquy'.
