Vocabulary

one vs. someone

Hi,

"Don't take this heaven from one
If you must cling to someone
Now and forever
Let it be me"

1. Is it true that one and someone all refer to me, the writer, in the quotes?

2.What's the difference between one and someone? 3.Can they be used interchangeably or at least in the context above?

Thanks,
