One Three-piece Wing or Wings?

Can I have one three-piece chicken wings?

Is the sentence above correct? I wonder if it should be 'wing' without 's' instead of 'wings' because of the quantity 'one'?

An analogy that I'm familiar with might be "Can I have one bacon and eggs?". For those of us not so familiar with "three-piece chicken wings" as a phrase, it would probably be better to say:
