One such case of quick recall would be ...

Hi, teachers. I don’t see what the author means by senstences (4) and (5) in the passage below.
Does he /she mean ‘I think it is easy to recall one’s own age or address. I don’t think many people have searched for their glasses and found them right on their head. But maybe you have forgotten something more important like ...’? Or does senstences (4) and (5) mean (like sentence (6)) that we often forget things—even one's own age or address, or the glasses on their head? Or does he/she mean something else?
Thsnk you.

(1)Your brain is a very able piece of machinery. (2)The organ collects data and thoughts, and then categorizes and stores them. (3)For the information in the brain to be used beneficially, it must be available for quick retrieval. (4)One such case of quick recall would be answering a question like, “how old are you?” or “what is your address?” (5)How many of you have searched high and low for a pair of eyeglasses, and found them right on your head? (6)Maybe you have forgotten something more important like a project at work, or a homework assignment. (7)The good news is that you don’t have to keep worrying about your memory. (8)Regardless of age or ability, there are lots of things you can do to exercise, and improve the performance of your memory.

Quick recall questions are those that need no consideration, that should be automatic. [ These are questions we ask a person we suspect of just having a stroke. ] I think that the case of the eyeglasses simply demonstrates that sometimes we do things (perhaps not something we usually do) without realizing the need to remember it at the time.
