one sentence ; tenses

By the time the children (go/will go/will have gone) to secondary school, which Charles and Kate hope will be in Norwitch, the Walkers (will have been/have been/will be) living there for at least fifteen years.

In the sentence above I am to choose the most appropriate tense from brackets. I think it should be go/will have gone.
