One sentence correction

1) "With every derivate the chemical composition, its biological effect and synthesis should be mentioned."

2) "Every derivate should have the chemical composition, its biological effect and synthesis mentioned."

Is any of these sentences correct? If not, how can it be expressed better?

This sentence was taken out of a work which deals with these derivates and I am supposed to translate the above-mentioned sentence.
What I want to say is that every derivate (I am talking about chemical compounds) should have these following pieces of information (the chemical composition, its biological effect...) mentioned somewhere in the work along with the name of the derivate.
What I do not know; however, is how to structure the sentence grammatically well.

Thanks in advance.

I was doing my best to stick to the slightly unnatural sentence in my mother tongue which made the sentence sound somewhat artificial and probably grammatically incorrect.

Thanks a lot for your correction.

I suggest 'stated' instead of 'mentioned'.
