One sentence correction

(1) "I am ecstatic about the new high school to which I have been admitted."

(2) "I am ecstatic about the new high school which I have been admitted to." - Sounds unnatural and wrong to me.

Is the sentence first sentence natural and grammatically correct?

Thanks in advance.

They are both natural and grammatically correct. (1) is more formal. (2) can also be written without which.

Yes, I get it. It canbe omitted, as it is redundant in the sentence.Emotion: wink

Thank you very much, Rover.

The first is correct but highly formal—stilted, even. The second is correct, but it does sound unnatural. If you leave off the relative pronoun, it becomes the usual way we would say that around here: "I am ecstatic about the new high school I have been admitted to." Replacing "which" with "that" also improves it: "I am ecstatic about the new high school that I have been admitted to.
