hi guys

here's one sentence

Balancing work with life seemed nonsensical and seemed worth exploring further.

I don't understand that why nonsensical already, and still worth exploring? I don't get the logic.

Nobody could. I guess you get this sort of thing when you have three authors. I found the book it is from in spite of your failure to PROVIDE A LINK TO IT, but it didn't help. I can't tell what they were driving at with this sentence.

I agree with you that it sounds odd. I'd rewrite it wirh YET as shown above.
