One question

Is the word FORM or something else?

1 The first sentence is the PAST FORM of the second sentence "What would you have cared if I hadslept there? " What do you care if I do that"

and is the statement true, Is it really the past form of the second?

form is fine. You can also use version. The present and past are:

What do you care if I do that?
What did you care if I did that?

This idiom What do you care if ... is somewhat unnatural when used in the past.
