One of them = they

I am not one of them, they who met her yesterday. Hi, is this sentence possible? Is it okay to consider "they" as an apposition of them? And pronouns such as "they" can be modified by relative clauses? Thank you all the time in advance.

"They" is not natural in this sentence. Use "those" or "I am not one of the ones who met her yesterday."
