If there is exactly one of the kinds of flowers that is grown one year during both of two growing seasons , that kind could be "w".

I found the above line in GRE big book in puzzle section. My question is-" is grown " is right here?

So far I know-1. He is one of my friends who help me a lot. ( Right)

2. He is the one of my friends who helps me a lot.( Right)

According to my two given example , it shoud be-"If there is exactly one of the kinds of flowers that are grown one year during both of two growing seasons, that kind could be "x".

Am I right?
