1. One of the reasons I don't like her is that she talks too much.

2. One of the reasons why I don't like her is that she talks too much.

3. One of the reasons for my not liking her is that she talks too much.

4. One of the reasons behind my not liking her is that she talks too much.

5. One of the reasons that I don't like her is that she talks too much.

Are all these five sentences correct?

All are fine. Some perfectionists might question 3 and 4 though. Also you could substitute " my " with " me ".

In speech, you'll hear them all. However, many careful writers try to avoid "the reason why" type constructions. You don't need "why" if you've just said it's "the reason."

#4 is just a bit odd - "behind" implies an entire infrastructure of "not liking" that seems more elaborate than necesssary.
